Public Notice for Horse Community (Lancaster / York Area) I want to share numerous personal experiences with April Grubb aka Kirkpatrick, so others can make informed decisions. I had the following issues: – unsafe conditions, communication problems, problems with retrieving horses or personal property. Gathered from numerous public records and social media complaints from other victims in both York and Lancaster. I am sharing them so others can ask questions or take precautions when buying, selling, or placing horses in her care. I encourage anyone working with her: – Get everything in writing – Request vet records / Coggins – Verify facility conditions – Use a bill of sale or placement contract.
